For the 2024/25 season, there will be some changes to the weekly training schedule. Understandably, there will be some questions about how this will affect you and why these changes are happening. You will soon receive communication through your team WhatsApp chats where there is the rationale behind these decisions. These decisions have been made following consultation with section leads, captains, coaches and a working group who have looked at all possibilities.
