About us

Our junior section is one of the largest in the North and we are proud to be an England Hockey Talent Centre, which means our juniors benefit from the highest standards of training and development.

At last count, we had juniors from over 20 local schools – state and independent – and we believe in making hockey accessible to kids from all backgrounds.

Our juniors have a strong presence within country and performance-level hockey and we enter teams at all levels of regional youth hockey and the England Hockey Cup.

Throughout the season, we offer FREE sessions to all new starters - giving them time to make their mind up about joining.

  • Two free taster sessions with professional coaches
  • No experience or skills needed
  • We can provide sticks, gumshields and shin pads
  • Everyone welcome.

How much is it for annual membership?

· MUGA (our 'hockey nursery' typical ages 5-8) - £80
· U10, U12, U14, U16s, £160

You can choose to either pay this in full or spread the cost over a payment plan.

The membership fee includes all training sessions, access to professional coaching and entry into the Yorkshire Youth Hockey League tournaments with your child’s team. We can continue to lend sticks until you feel ready to invest in your own.
