 Wakefield HC 250 Club

ENTRY IS ONLY £5 PER MONTH – Download an application form here

As a club we are keen to provide the best possible facilities for players, parents and spectators at College Grove. Wakefield Sports Club and the Hockey Club are investing hundreds of thousands of pounds in the development of what will be the best hockey facility in the North (if not the country).

The Hockey Club members who have been overseeing this project have also obtained very considerable grants towards the facilities.

Money raised from the 250 club will all go directly towards the provision of items for the new two pitch facility for which we have not been able to obtain any grants or which might be considered as desirable but not essential. For example work on the spectator stand, provision of extra infrastructure for access for the disabled, improved player dugouts, extra pitch-side storage, provision of infrastructure for video/tv recording , electronic scoreboard facilities, landscaping, work on cabins etc., etc., are all possible/potential items which we might like to fund.
